Product, accessibility and privacy requests:
Include the app version, iPhone model, iOS version, the steps you took and what happened. A screenshot can help after personal information is removed. You do not need to send private choices, draft text, archive exports, passwords, verification codes or payment-card details.
Your sender details, message and chosen attachments are used for support. We keep them only as needed to resolve requests, provide necessary ongoing support and meet applicable obligations. Privacy, access, correction and deletion requests use the same address. See our support-information policy.
Start playing
Tap ENTER DILEMMA, open Judge and read the content notice. Choose Start playing when ready, or use Sanctuary to adjust your themes and intensity. Core play works without an app account.
Make a deliberate choice
On the front of a card, swipe left for Sinner or right for Saint. For tap controls, tap one choice to select it, then tap the same choice again to confirm. Tap the reading glass to cancel a selected choice. A successfully saved decision takes you directly to the next trial.
Tap the reading glass when no choice is selected to see the backstory, and tap again to return. The back face cannot choose. Hold longer text to move to the next reading page; accessible paging actions are also available. Use the Judge menu for free Skip, Sanctuary, content information and optional reflections.
Find your saved story
Open Vault → Soul Archive to view your history. Aura reflects your saved choices. Reflections and Echoes are optional parts of your local story; there is no need to complete a separate reflection after every trial.
Rituals, drafts and local play
Sanctum offers a Daily Ritual based on three scored choices made today and a Private Studio for your own on-device drafts. Soul Bonds and Hidden Chambers let two people take turns on one iPhone. Both answers are revealed together after both choose. Leaving an incomplete round reveals nothing. Individual answers are not retained after leaving or starting another round; local totals remain.
Adjust your experience
Settings contains independent sound and haptic controls, a sound-level slider, visual-motion preferences and Safety & Sanctuary. System accessibility preferences also guide the experience. The stories are fiction with mature themes; you can skip any story or take a break.
Export or erase local records
Settings → Privacy & Local Archive provides Export My Book of Souls, a spoken summary and a confirmed erase action. Review the readable export before sharing. It is not a complete backup, and this release has no import control.
Local erasure removes gameplay, drafts, pairing totals and daily ritual records; appearance and feedback preferences may remain. It does not erase shared copies, device backups or Apple purchase history. Read the privacy policy for details.
If saving or reading needs attention
A failed save should leave your choice available to retry and show an error. Keep an unreadable archive if you want to preserve the history. Do not erase local data or uninstall as a first troubleshooting step. Private Studio has a retry-reading action and a separately confirmed erase action. Contact support with the error wording; do not send the private archive.
There is no app-managed cloud recovery in this release. THE Crown Legacy cannot retrieve a story that was never sent to it.
App Store billing
New in-app purchases and subscription sales are disabled. Any charge for downloading the app is handled by Apple. For an Apple billing issue or refund request, use Apple’s purchase-support service. Product troubleshooting comes to the support email above.
